Install instructions

For Windows:

1. Game Download:

  • Download the ZIP file with the game.
  • After downloading it, extract the content of the zip file in a folder of your choice.

2. How to execute:

  • Inside the game folder, look for the executable file (MicroJAM.exe).
  • Double click the MicroJAM.exe file to start the game
  • Have fun!

For Linux:

  • Game Download:
    • Download the ZIP file with the game.
    • After downloading, extract the content of the zip file in a folder of your choice. You can do it with a command line or using a manager with RAR file extraction support.

      Utilizing the command line: 

      unzip x Echoes Of Decay - Linux.zip/path/to/folder...

      Utilizing a manager with RAR file extraction support:

      • Click with the right mouse button on the .zip.
      • Select "Extract here" or "Extract to..." and chose the folder of your choice .

2. Executing:

Open the terminal and go to the game folder.

  • Give execution permision to the game file if needed:
    chmod +x Echoes of Decay.x86_64
  • Execute the game with the command:
    ./Echoes of Decay .x86_64
  • Have fun!
